This role supports client relationships, coordinates creative workflows, and translates performance insights into actionable optimization for campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap. You'll prepare client-facing reports, help with testing and optimization, and keep projects moving with strong organization.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of agency or in-house experience across paid social digital marketing for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Effective communicator, capable of relaying clear updates and feedback to both clients and team members
• A proactive attitude with a love for collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus
• Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Slack
• Experience with sports betting or tech industries and clients highly desired

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support Client Relationships and Account Execution Partner closely with Account Strategists to support day‑to‑day client needs and ensure smooth account operations. Help facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, keeping projects moving forward and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Coordinate Creative Workflows and Deliverables Organize and track creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across active client accounts. Maintain visibility into key milestones and help ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
• Translate Performance Insights into Action Assist in analyzing campaign performance and translating key metrics into actionable insights. Partner with account and creative teams to help identify opportunities for creative improvements and optimization.
• Support Creative Testing and Optimization Efforts Help coordinate creative testing initiatives and landing page optimization efforts designed to improve campaign performance. Contribute to documenting learnings and ensuring testing plans are executed effectively.
• Prepare Client‑Facing Reports and Presentations Support the development and quality assurance of client‑facing reports, presentations, and deliverables. Ensure materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with client expectations.
• Drive Organization and Follow‑Through Participate in client calls and internal meetings, capturing detailed notes and tracking action items. Help ensure follow‑ups are completed and stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and next steps.

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
• Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individual’s qualifications and experience.
