The role involves building strong relationships within the K-12 teaching community in Georgia, working with local managers and sales representatives to ensure quality control, cost containment, consistency, customer satisfaction, and a positive enrollment experience.

The Senior Account Relations Coordinator (SARC) manages relationships with high-profile employer groups, providing year-round support and exceptional service. Responsibilities include account management, agency product support, COBRA administration, and training employers and staff on administrative processes.

The SARC resolves billing issues, manages relationships across multiple carriers, and enhances service offerings to stay competitive. By supporting key accounts across 125 product lines and carrier platforms, the role aims to improve client retention, operational efficiency, and growth.
