Job summary

Octagon is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client programs at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing. You will help manage our client’s global soccer partnerships across NWSL, MLS, USL clubs, and US Soccer Federation, guiding strategic program development.

You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver strategic plans, activation recommendations, and budgets, while traveling domestically (20-45%).

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of agency/brand or property experience in integrated brand campaigns, global sports preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication across audiences; clear articulation of agency positioning.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day strategic planning, program development and measurement for client partnerships.
• Support development of strategic plans, activation, budgets, and scopes of work for clients.
• Contribute to a fully integrated team managing FIFA portfolio programs with multiple constituencies.
• Collaborate with Experiences team to develop/activate programs aligned with client goals.
• Manage budgets, status reports, inventory tracking, and meeting agendas/minutes.
