- Serve as the primary contact for a specified block of business and oversee overall client satisfaction
- Perform required compliance testing and related activities
- Reconcile assets and prepare Form 5500 and all schedules
- Prepare employer contribution allocations, required minimum distributions, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders
- Respond professionally and promptly to plan sponsors regarding issues and questions
- Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely, quality service
- Resolve complex situations or requests

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least five years of professional, retirement plan administration, and compliance experience
- Advanced knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and procedures
- Expert knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards
- Expert use of applicable technology
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)
- Experience requiring initiative and leadership skills
- Experience coaching and teaching others
- Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)
- Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needs
- Ability to self-learn and quickly develop business and technical knowledge

- Experience reviewing or auditing others' work for accuracy and compliance preferredFamiliarity with FT William software preferred
- Proficiency with retirement plan administration systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
- QKA, QPA ASPPA credentials, or progress toward certification preferred
