Role Summary:

As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will manage a high-value book of business, providing exceptional service and understanding client needs. You will collaborate with a Senior Sales Executive, mentor team members, and handle complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts generally exceeding $1 million in revenue, depending on complexity.
  2. Maintain a customer retention rate of 93% or higher.
  3. Work collaboratively with sales and account teams.
  4. Mentor and support team members.
  5. Maintain accurate client data in EPIC.
  6. Resolve escalated service issues requiring policy interpretation.
  7. Lead client meetings, including renewals.
  8. Handle administrative tasks: stewardship reports, renewal processes, loss reviews, system maintenance, billing, marketing, and special projects.
  9. Review quotes, negotiate coverage and pricing, and develop comparison proposals.
  10. Manage the full account lifecycle, including renewals, quoting, proposals, and policy issuance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance account management in required lines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and agency management software.
  • Team player with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time at HUB facilities and travel as needed.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Licensed in relevant lines and states, with current CE credits.
  • Advanced professional designations (e.g., AAI, ARM, CIC) are highly desirable.

The salary range is $85,000 to $150,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and specific role factors. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, bonuses, equity, and commissions where applicable.
