Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering to fill a Senior Account Manager (Public Relations) role based in the United States. You will lead strategic PR programs, manage high-visibility campaigns, craft compelling narratives, and drive meaningful media coverage for ambitious clients.

You will mentor junior staff, guide account teams, and shape client strategy with hands-on execution, reporting, and client presentations in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in client-facing or agency-based public relations and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships and operate as a trusted communications partner.
  • Proven ability to generate meaningful media results through strategic outreach, compelling storytelling, and creative campaign development.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and polished communications; writing samples will be requested.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality across all work.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify distinctive angles, develop engaging narratives, and bring fresh ideas to communications programs.
  • Experience supervising junior team members or demonstrated readiness to take on mentorship and team leadership responsibilities.
  • Self-starter mentality, strong ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Annual salary range of $90,000--$115,000, with compensation determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and certifications.
