Senior Account Manager - Promotional Products

Compensation

Base salary + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonus, including existing accounts and inbound leads. Opportunity to work with a company known for its great culture, robust support, and strong leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships: Become a trusted advisor, exceed client expectations, and maximize program impact.
  • Grow our business: Collaborate with an Account Executive to drive growth and retention.
  • Promotional product expertise: Research products, craft proposals, and provide samples.
  • Streamlined workflows: Use our company store platform, manage quotes and orders in Salesforce, and collaborate internally.
  • Client advocacy: Maintain clear communication from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Industry involvement: Attend presentations, meetings, and trade shows.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of promotional product sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills for key accounts and new business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems (experience with CommonSKU and Salesforce is a plus), and strong typing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
