About The Role

Our Sr. Account Managers, Paid Search are responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. Your core responsibilities include strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.

  • Building & optimizing Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead generation, and ecommerce clients across various industries.
  • Defining, monitoring, and analyzing trends in clients’ KPIs.
  • Developing paid search strategies based on client-specific goals.
  • Testing and analyzing keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and positioning to achieve results aligned with client goals.
  • Communicating performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & securing buy-in from decision-makers.
  • Creating quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations outlining performance, testing insights, and strategic opportunities.
  • Following SEM industry trends, contributing to our agency blog, and training our campaign management team.
About You
  • 2+ years of direct paid search client management, including strategy development, execution, and client relationship management.
  • Passion for data analysis and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns is a must.
  • Product feed management and shopping experience are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attributes: driven and innovative.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary Range: $65,000—$69,000 USD.
