You will direct daily tasks of Account Coordinators, drive growth opportunities, and uphold IOA values while maintaining high data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in employee benefits or brokerage.
• Active life and health licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy with large work volumes.
