Confidential Opportunity: Senior Manager, Amazon

A growing, innovative CPG organization is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and grow its Amazon business. This strategic and execution-focused role will shape digital retail success through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and consumer-first thinking.

This role will be responsible for leading the Amazon strategy and execution, aligning with brand objectives and overall business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Amazon retail, digital merchandising, and performance analytics, while thriving in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic roadmap for Amazon growth, aligning with broader brand and retail objectives.
  • Optimize product content and customer journey to increase discoverability, conversion, and performance.
  • Lead new product launch planning and execution, providing insights and recommendations to maximize success.
  • Serve as the internal expert on Amazon platform trends, tools, and innovations.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by brand and category to contribute to annual planning.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Manage merchandising strategy, including inventory, pricing, promotions, reviews, and content optimization.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes that support efficiency and long-term growth.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry shifts to inform go-forward strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
