Role Overview

Acceleration Partners is accepting applications for an Associate Account Manager or Account Manager within our growing Affiliate Marketing team, focusing on the Crypto Currency vertical. The level will be determined based on experience. You will manage client relationships, oversee campaigns, develop strategies, lead recruitment, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, deliver high-quality outputs, and use data insights for strategic discussions.
2. Data Analytics & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze performance data, forecast trends, and present actionable insights aligned with client KPIs.
3. Campaign & Partner Management: Manage relationships with key partners, attend industry events, and suggest innovative ideas for growth.
4. Operational Execution & Tactical Adjustments: Implement marketing strategies, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns.
5. Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment.

Success Metrics

At 6 Months: Support multiple accounts, optimize campaigns with data, and achieve client satisfaction scores of 8+.

At 1 Year: Fully manage client programs, develop team skills, and maintain high satisfaction scores.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing
• Experience in cryptocurrency or finance verticals
• Direct affiliate marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with affiliate networks is a plus
