Job summary

Dexian is seeking a trusted advisor to manage complex commercial accounts, collaborating with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver tailored risk solutions. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance in every client interaction.

In this role, you’ll develop risk management strategies, maintain strong client relationships, and stay abreast of industry standards to uphold service quality while supporting long-term partnerships and meaningful client impact.

Qualifications

  • Valid Property and Casualty license.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of agency management systems; Applied Epic preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
