What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell complex bundled offerings and performance contracts to high-level decision-makers
- Build and manage long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs
- Initiate contact with prospective customers and develop a network of industry contacts
- Write and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead the sales process to ensure optimal resource utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence at key levels
- Proven understanding of financial and business acumen
- Willingness to travel 50%
