Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services US seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic communications and social change campaigns for government and public sector clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships in a hybrid role centered in the DMV region.

The role emphasizes initiative, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving, with opportunities to shape campaign strategy and outputs while supporting junior staff.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required by government contract.
• Willingness to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery, client relationships and campaign execution.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables to stay on track.
• Develop client materials, reports, and campaigns with internal teams.
• Oversee production processes, QC, and workflow optimization.
• Interpret client feedback and align objectives across teams.
• Track budgets, invoicing, and project reconciliations.
• Present updates to clients in a confident, professional manner.
