Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services is a hybrid role based in the DMV region, supporting strategic communications and social impact campaigns. You will coordinate activities across account leadership, strategists, creatives, and production teams to keep campaigns on track and on budget.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive teamwork, and strong communication skills, with opportunities to engage on global affairs initiatives and government-related programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, account management, marketing, public affairs, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and engagement.
• Interest in social impact communications and international affairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities across multiple workstreams with senior team guidance.
• Assist in development of presentations, client materials, reports, and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, approvals, and timelines.
• Support client communications, meetings, status updates, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners.
