Job summary

You will work with account, strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure high-quality project delivery across a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, public affairs, account management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity for leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve project delivery.
• Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of communications campaigns and client projects across multiple workstreams.
• Assist with project coordination, meeting prep, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day account management tasks.
• Develop presentations, research materials, reports, and campaign deliverables.
• Support planning and execution by gathering information and organizing resources.
• Help with audience research, industry monitoring, and insights to inform strategy.
