***NOTE: For this role we are seeking candidates who live in central Texas, preferably in or around the Metro-Austin or San Antonio area – or within 60 miles***

Position Purpose: Represent the company to all prospective and existing clients. Monitor client satisfaction and recommend changes to enhance satisfaction. Serve as a resource to other Account Executives.

  • Perform sales and marketing related activities on company programs and products, including infusion services, medical supplies, and specialty pharmacy services
  • Serve as the contact for client issues and inquiries and collaborate with various departments on resolutions ensuring clients needs are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various levels of clients utilizing current network for additional accounts
  • Monitor client satisfaction and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics, and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfaction
  • Serve as a resource to new and other Account Executives and assist with training them on company programs and products
  • Attend patient care conferences and professional in-services to ensure continuance of new products and strategies
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of combined sales management and sales training experience. Knowledge of third party reimbursement and specific diseases in covered states. Clinical patient support experience in physician’s office, hospital or pharmacy setting preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Current state’s driver license.Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
