Job description

Job Title: Senior Account Executive - Dodge Construction Network

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) seeks a Senior Account Executive responsible for driving new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local small and midsize businesses (SMB) in the commercial construction industry. This role emphasizes new business development, revenue growth, and pipeline management from prospect to close.

This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the Director, Regional Sales.

Preferred Location

This is a home-office based role. Candidates must reside in AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, or TN.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings as needed.

Essential Functions
  1. Build and manage a pipeline of SMB prospects to meet sales quotas.
  2. Identify and pursue leads within the assigned territory.
  3. Understand products, services, and market dynamics.
  4. Engage decision makers to introduce Dodge offerings.
  5. Follow up and manage the pipeline to close deals.
  6. Collaborate with senior sales staff to develop contacts and opportunities.
  7. Conduct face-to-face, phone, and online meetings to close sales and participate in local events.
  8. Meet daily KPI targets for prospecting and follow-ups.
  9. Maintain and update CRM with prospect information and deal stages.
  10. Send proposals and process contracts through company systems.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology with a record of closing new business.
  • Experience in high-velocity inside sales to SMB customers, closing deals in under 2 weeks.
  • Skilled in solution-based selling, objection handling, and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities independently.
  • Strong organizational discipline and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office, and a tech-savvy aptitude.
  • Understanding of SMB market dynamics.

Compensation & Legal

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000/year plus uncapped commissions. Final offers depend on experience and location. Benefits include competitive salary, benefits, and performance bonuses.
