The pay range is: $109,000.00 - $196,200.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, work experience, and certifications. The Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions Group works with top brands and agencies, building strong relationships and developing partnerships. Your role involves growing business, prospecting new clients, and creating sales opportunities to increase revenue for Roundel. Your industry knowledge and relationships will help navigate complex organizations to unlock funding.

Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Building a pipeline of opportunities, qualifying, and securing advertising revenue from current and new clients.
  2. Leading client strategy, negotiations, and proposals, aligning Roundel products with client needs.
  3. Acting as a consultant and client advocate to provide tailored solutions.
  4. Delivering client presentations and education.
  5. Managing the entire sales cycle and coordinating with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  6. Providing regular updates, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

About you:

  1. Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years in digital media sales, agency, or marketing.
  3. Proven revenue growth with a track record of $5M+ sales.
  4. Extensive knowledge of digital media trends, technologies, and agencies.
  5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and opportunity identification skills.
  6. Strong communication skills tailored to audience needs.
  7. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
  8. Excellent collaboration skills.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed.
