About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Senior AE who knows how to hunt, close, and grow strategic accounts in the tech world.
You’ll work with high-growth startups and tech companies to provide top-tier talent and consulting solutions, backed by a team that actually delivers. This isn’t your average sales role—expect autonomy, high expectations, and real impact.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing, and account expansion.
Build and manage a pipeline using modern outbound strategies (sequencing, automation, personalization).
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or similar role in tech staffing.
Strong track record in closing deals and owning revenue goals.
Fluent with modern sales tools: sequencing, outreach, CRM platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
Deep understanding of the tech ecosystem and how startups operate.
Portfolio of remote clients or experience building trusted, long-distance relationships.
Agile and adaptable – industry-agnostic, quick to understand new verticals.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team.
