What part will you play?

The "Senior Account Executive Regional Media” is a sales role within Media & Entertainments sales efforts targeted at identified broadcast network and broadcast groups. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Media. They will work with the business unit team to execute and drive sales aligned with the BU plans, focusing on defined enterprise accounts.

What will you be doing?
  1. Create account-specific strategies with new and existing targeted accounts to maximize business potential.
  2. Build and strengthen customer relationships, identifying new opportunities to sell Diversified's solutions.
  3. Close strategic deals, navigate client support situations, and facilitate internal or third-party resources to ensure client success.
  4. Meet sales standards, leveraging industry relationships and understanding customer technology applications.
  5. Develop annual sales plans and budgets with BU, including goals and forecasts.
  6. Identify and propose new enterprise customers to increase sales.
  7. Manage operational activities, collaborating on proposals and problem resolution.
  8. Maximize client satisfaction for enterprise accounts.
  9. Drive process improvements and cross-selling opportunities.
  10. Achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
  11. Stay updated on industry technology changes and identify opportunities.
  12. Travel to review sales opportunities and project sites.
  13. Utilize data analytics for strategic adjustments.
  14. Collaborate internally and maintain strategic alliances.
  15. Partner with HR to upgrade sales skillsets.
WHSQ Responsibilities:
  • Wear appropriate PPE and report incidents promptly.
  • Address hazards timely and promote safety culture.
Complexity:

Implement strategies with high-level accounts, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously with relationship management focus.

Physical Environment:
  • Remote office with significant travel expected.
What do we require from you?

Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading sales at executive levels within M&E strategic accounts, focusing on Broadcast Stations & Networks, College Journalism, E-Sports, Media Truck Providers, etc. Proven ability to manage pre and post-sales teams, develop account strategies, and understand broadcast technology needs.
