What part will you play?

The "Senior Account Executive Regional Media” is a sales role within Media & Entertainments sales efforts targeted at broadcast network and group accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Media, this role involves executing sales strategies and managing defined enterprise-level accounts.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop account-specific strategies to maximize business potential, aligned with BU plans.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships, identifying new opportunities to sell Diversified's solutions.
  • Close strategic deals, navigate client support situations, and facilitate internal or third-party resources to ensure client success.
  • Meet sales standards, leveraging industry relationships and understanding customer technology applications.
  • Develop annual sales plans and budgets with monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Identify and propose new enterprise customers fitting defined criteria.
  • Manage daily operations, including collaboration on proposals and problem resolution.
  • Maximize client satisfaction within enterprise accounts.
  • Drive process improvements and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay updated on industry technology changes.
  • Travel to customer sites to review, close sales, and ensure project quality.
  • Use data analytics to adjust strategies and optimize growth.
  • Work with internal teams and partners to advance sales initiatives.

WHSQ Responsibilities:

  • Wear appropriate PPE, report incidents, address hazards, and promote safety culture.

Complexity:

  • Implement account strategies with high-level accounts, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Physical Environment:

  • Remote office with significant travel expected.

What do we require from you?

Minimum 10 years’ experience leading sales at executive levels within broadcast, media, or related sectors. Proven ability to manage teams, develop account strategies, and understand broadcast technology needs. Strong relationships within the industry are essential.
