Are you a seasoned Account Executive with a passion for driving digital transformation in manufacturing? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where innovation and impact go hand in hand?
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive who understands the complex, fast-moving world of manufacturing—and how technology can revolutionize it. In this role, you’ll help leading manufacturers digitize their operations, reduce risk, and unlock productivity using SafetyCulture’s world-class platform.
You’ll be at the forefront of engaging with major manufacturing organizations, acting as a strategic advisor who understands both the technical landscape and operational realities of the shop floor. You’ll identify untapped opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that transform the way manufacturers work.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from strategic prospecting to closing, with a focus on acquiring new manufacturing customers.
  • Build and expand executive relationships in the manufacturing sector, gaining deep insights into customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals.
  • Uncover and drive new revenue opportunities across manufacturing verticals such as automotive, food & beverage, heavy industry, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Represent SafetyCulture at manufacturing trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events—bringing our vision to life through thought leadership.
  • Conduct tailored, high-impact demos that align SafetyCulture’s platform to the operational challenges of your manufacturing prospects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape account strategy and ensure a world-class onboarding experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the manufacturing customer—feeding insights back to internal teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
What you will bring:
  • Proven success in SaaS sales, with a strong preference for those who’ve sold into manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales with large, complex deals, including C-suite engagement and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • A strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to deeply understand manufacturing-specific workflows, pain points, and compliance pressures.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and driving pipeline in greenfield accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—you know how to make complexity simple and value obvious.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment where customer impact comes first.
