ACG Systems is a mission-critical communications platform. Through Morcom, an ACG Systems company, we design, deploy, and support wireless infrastructure for complex in-building environments, including Emergency Responder Communications Enhancement Systems (ERCES), Public Safety and Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Private LTE, Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), Neutral Host, Design as a Service (DaaS), and managed services.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to originate net-new DAS and ERCES business.
You will own the sales cycle from opportunity creation through contract execution, partnering closely with engineering and delivery teams to turn customer requirements into technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.
What You'll Do
- Originate net-new DAS, ERCES, and in-building wireless opportunities.
- Build relationships with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), including fire marshals and radio system managers.
- Develop channels that generate repeat project flow, including general contractors, fire alarm and electrical contractors, A&E firms, consultants, and portfolio owners with multiple buildings.
- Identify projects early, before specifications are finalized, and influence technical requirements and solution strategy.
- Lead customer discovery and partner with engineering on solution architecture, technical proposals, scopes of work, and commercial strategy.
- Navigate stakeholders across technical, operational, executive, procurement, carrier, and AHJ organizations.
- Build recurring revenue into the initial sale through managed services, remote monitoring, preventative maintenance, and annual compliance testing.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Share market and customer intelligence that helps strengthen our in-building wireless go-to-market strategy.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in DAS, ERCES, wireless infrastructure, RF systems, or closely related technologies.
- A documented track record of originating net-new business, not simply managing an inherited book of accounts.
- Established relationships across the ecosystem that generates in-building wireless projects, including AHJs, general contractors, fire alarm and electrical contractors, A&E firms, consultants, and portfolio owners.
- Working knowledge of IFC 510, NFPA 1225, NFPA 72, and related code requirements.
- Understanding of RF fundamentals, in-building wireless systems, and wireless network architecture.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to develop technical solutions, proposals, and scopes of work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling Public Safety DAS, Cellular DAS, BDA systems, Private LTE, CBRS, or Neutral Host solutions.
- Established relationships with wireless carriers and neutral host providers.
- Experience navigating carrier approval processes and AHJ acceptance through project completion.
- Experience selling managed services, monitoring, maintenance, compliance testing, or other recurring revenue solutions.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business value for customers.
What Success Looks Like
The strongest performers in this role will:
- Build qualified pipeline from the ground up.
- Create opportunities before they reach the competitive bid stage.
- Develop repeatable referral and project flow through contractors, AHJs, A&E firms, and portfolio relationships.
- Win complex DAS and ERCES opportunities against established competition.
- Attach recurring services to project revenue.
- Maintain a predictable, well-qualified pipeline and forecast.
- Deliver consistent gross profit growth through disciplined execution.

Variable compensation is based on gross profit attainment.
Placement within the compensation range reflects experience, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and market conditions.
