FCC Environmental Services, LLC is recruiting for a Sales Account Executive to acquire new client accounts across the waste services industry. The role uses a consultative sales approach to establish commercial, industrial, and construction customers and to prospect, propose, and close business to exceed revenue goals.

The position emphasizes proactive client outreach, developing proposals, and maintaining relationships for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales position preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Identifies leads and sells waste services to clients.
• Produces new, profitable business to meet company goals.
• Prepares quotations with Region Manager & Director of Municipal Services.
• Maintains contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive retention.
• Uses direct mail, advertising, promotions, referrals, direct sales calls and cold calls to acquire customers.
• Develops proposals for general contractors for construction debris hauling and disposal.

Position Summary:

This role works to acquire new client accounts throughout the industry by using a consultative sales approach. This role is responsible for establishing commercial, industrial, and construction businesses. The SAE will be responsible for prospecting, proposing, and closing business to exceed the desired revenue goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifies leads and sells waste services to clients
• Produces new, profitable business to ensure the growth and profit goals of the Company
• Prepares all quotations not covered by the normal pricing policy in conjunction with the Region Manager & Director of Municipal Services
• Remains in contact with established customers, to ensure satisfaction of services provided, retention, and to promote additional sales
• Ensures the acquisition of potential customers by appropriate means including; direct mail, advertising, promotions, referrals, direct sales calls and cold calls
• Develops proposals for general contractors for construction debris hauling, and disposal
• Settle all customer complaints and seek appropriate guidance

Requirements

Education:

• High School Diploma
• Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset

Required Experience and Competencies:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales position is preferred
