The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ticket sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving loyalty through customized programs. A Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience are required.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling new season tickets, partial plans, group packages, event suites, premium seating, and related services. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships. The Senior Account Executive will attend events, deliver world-class service, and create tailored communications, events, and programs to meet client needs.
In addition to sales responsibilities, the Senior Account Executive, Group Sales Manager will oversee the group sales process, from initial sales and deposits to Fan Experience Package (FEP) fulfillment and execution. The role also includes managing the single-game premium experience and taking on additional revenue-generating projects as they arise.
