Senior Account Executive, Global Strategic Accounts - Banking and Financial Services

This role is a “Hunter” responsible for driving new sales and revenue from North American financial institutions within our top-tier Global Industries Strategic Accounts portfolio. The goal is to expand our footprint and meet sales quotas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own business development within account planning, collaborating with the Managing Director and Global Account Manager.
  • Identify new contacts, develop relationships, and uncover challenges that our solutions can address.
  • Increase customer knowledge, relevance, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings for introductions, discovery, and proposals.
  • Utilize organizational resources effectively.
  • Develop client-specific value propositions and proposals.
  • Manage RFP responses.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of strategic selling to financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales processes and value-based solution selling.
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and challenging skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with management and executive stakeholders daily.
  • Proven ability to create compelling proposals.
  • Influence and negotiate based on value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven team player.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
Compensation

Salary range: $120,500 - $160,600 + commissions.
