Citizens Business Bank in San Jose is seeking a BVF Account Executive to act as the main customer phone contact, resolve client issues and monitor loan collateral for BVF. This full-time senior role offers an opportunity to contribute to client satisfaction and loan management in a dynamic banking environment.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and basic accounting knowledge, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills to support daily operations and client

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with basic accounting concepts.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and present information to customers, clients, and employees.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the main customer phone contact to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Performs daily collections, verification and accounts receivable functions.
• Approves and recommends account debtor credit limits.
• Monitors, tracks and follows up on client problems requiring direct resolution.
• Maintains an excellent working relationship with clients.
• Manages customer-related accounting activities and collateral-related decisions.
