Job summary

Nebius in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Token Factory to drive adoption of the AI inference platform across startups and enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on developing technical credibility with engineering leaders and product teams.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering and product teams, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and target consumption-based growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of B2B sales experience in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure.
Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and building long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with core infrastructure sales to align on shared accounts and opportunities.
Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close with accurate pipeline and forecasts.
Lead generation and business development targeting developer-native and AI-native teams.
Translate platform value into business outcomes for customers' goals.
Engage engineering leaders and platform teams to address model, traffic, latency, and cost needs.
Drive PoC-to-production conversion with clear success criteria.
Land and expand within accounts to drive multi-year growth.
Negotiate and close deals meeting revenue targets and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver exceptional experience.
Provide market feedback to inform platform evolution.
