Senior Sales Professional – Fast-Track to Success

Compensation: Base Pay + Accelerated Commission Structure - NO CAP - OTE $200,000 Plus!

Location: Lear Capital is hiring for all three of our Southern California offices:

• Woodland Hills, CA 91367

Please note: All new hires will complete approximately 4 months of in-person training at our Los Angeles location, regardless of their final office placement. Local candidates only – this is not a remote position.

Your Path to Senior Success: At Lear Capital, we value experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with quality leads generated through national TV, radio, and online advertising campaigns by building trust with active listening skills.
• Engage daily calls with aged and new leads, connected and prospected by our proprietary AI system to reach prospective clients.
• Qualify and convert leads to satisfied customers by building trust and presenting product value effectively.
• Manage time efficiently, staying organized and results-focused.
• Sell a range of physical precious metals, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 2 years of proven success in a high-performance, commission-driven sales environment.
• A track record of qualifying leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in customer engagement, with strong active listening and communication skills.
• A results-oriented mindset, paired with exceptional objection-handling abilities.
• Self-driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, merit-based setting with a goal-oriented approach.
• Key traits: Active listening, persuasive communication, resilience, persistence, and most importantly, coachability.
