Method Communications, a global PR and marketing partner for challenger brands, seeks a Public Relations Account Director for B2B Tech based in Boston. You’ll be a hands-on leader, directing account teams, shaping client strategy, and mentoring supervisors while expanding media relationships and program impact.

You’ll manage day-to-day client service, staffing, and quality control, collaborating with HR and operations to drive growth and retention across multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Typically 6-10 years’ experience in public relations, communications, marketing or related fields.
• Senior-level ability to conceptualize and execute integrated programs.
• Ability to build rapport and trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence for navigating difficult conversations.
• Experience with technology media across industry verticals and media pitching.
• Established relationships with reporters, analysts and influencers.
• Ability to manage multiple direct reports with varied requirements.
• Strong editing and writing capabilities.
• Passion for developing skills and helping teammates learn daily.
