Job summary

MERGE is seeking an Account Director in the Life Sciences Practice Area to oversee all account management processes and nurture strong client relationships. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage day-to-day client interactions, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact ideas and campaigns.

The role requires 8–10 years in account management within advertising or similar settings, with strong Life Sciences/Pharma experience, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma with knowledge of MLR process.
• Strong background in ideation, activation, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all account management processes with clients and internal teams.
• Nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients and deliver strategic ideas.
• Drive projects to meet delivery requirements and deadlines, while maintaining budget and strategy.
• Mentor and develop the account team, acting as senior advisor on client solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver creative, strategic client solutions.
