Job summary

MERGE is seeking an Account Director for the Life Sciences practice to oversee all account management activities for pharma and health brands. You will steer client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-impact campaigns across traditional and digital channels from our Chicago, Raleigh, Boston, Kansas City, Denver, Atlanta, and remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8-10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency or similar.
• Life Sciences/Pharma experience with understanding of MLR process, ideally with DTC experience.

• Direct day-to-day interactions between the account team and clients to meet deadlines.
