As a Senior Account Director, you’ll serve as a senior strategic lead for major client accounts, directing fundraising campaigns from initial concept development through final reporting and analysis. You’ll guide direct mail, digital, texting/telemarketing, and other integrated fundraising efforts, while partnering closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure campaigns are thoughtful, high-quality, data-informed, and results-driven.
This role will support a large, complex direct mail program for one of Avalon’s clients, so candidates must bring proven experience managing large-scale direct mail fundraising programs within an agency environment. This will be an opportunity to lead meaningful work, mentor talented colleagues, deepen client partnerships, and help shape the success of a large nonprofit organization.
