Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with product managers and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and gap analyses.
• Analyze reporting data across multiple distribution channels using SQL/Excel.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for reporting data.
• Support agile delivery teams during backlog refinement and sprints.
• Develop test plans, execute tests, and support UAT.
• Prepare presentations, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to improve analysis and delivery.
