Job Description

Title: Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines

Location: Remote (Florida residents only, based out of Miami, FL)

Focus: Condos, Construction

About the Role

Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring production and quality standards are met while managing small or less complex accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily activities of support staff and team members.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy-related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business processes, including client research, underwriting, and proposal preparation.
• Review contracts for proper coverage inclusion.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Ensure timely completion of activities and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement and embody IOA values.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
