Remote Location: Eastern and Central Time Zones only

About the Role

Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, working under the guidance of an Account Manager or Producer. Manage small or less complex accounts, ensuring quality standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Support daily activities of team members.
• Policy Management: Track and ensure timely processing of policy renewals.
• Task Processing: Handle endorsements, cancellations, audits, and related tasks.
• Business Support: Assist with client research, submissions, negotiations, and policy issuance.
• Contract Review: Ensure proper coverage in contracts.
