Responsibilities

• Review, clarify, and process dealer program proposals and agreement documentation.

• Prepare agreements, amendments, and supporting documentation in alignment with compliance standards.
• Partner with legal to ensure appropriate contract language and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage deal control processes, including quality checks and internal notifications.
• Support profit model requests and assist in deal structuring as needed.
• Accurately process low to mid-complexity deals independently while meeting volume and quality expectations.
• Assist with high-complexity deal processing with guidance, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
