Job summary

JM Family Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Acquisition Specialist to manage dealer agreements and serve as a central liaison between sales and internal stakeholders. You will review proposals, coordinate approvals, and ensure compliant, timely documentation across varying deal complexities.

The role requires coordinating with legal and cross-functional teams, processing standard to complex deals, and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, deal processing, or a related operational role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high‑volume workloads accurately.
• Knowledge of agreement structures, documentation workflows, and compliance considerations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting business proposals and contract terms.
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks and collaborate on more complex transactions.
