Job summary

Haven Well Within, part of KnitWell Group, seeks a Merchant to lead merchandise strategy and buy planning. You will collaborate with Design, Planning, Inventory, Sourcing and Marketing to optimize sales and profit, while curating assortments aligned with fashion trends and brand filters.

You will analyze weekly performance, develop seasonal frameworks, and work in a fast-paced environment, driving results across channels and catalog/web content. NYC office is the primary location for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in buying, planning or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate trends into actions.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development and selection of merchandise to drive sales growth and profit.
• Execute quarterly buy strategies at style/color level with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze weekly business performance and present results to leadership.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Inventory, Sourcing, Visual and Marketing to execute strategy.
• Develop seasonal frameworks and opportunities aligned with brand filters and trends.
• Manage catalog/web content reviews to ensure accurate product presentation.
