Job summary

The Haven Well Within Merchant role at KnitWell Group is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and selection of merchandise to optimize sales growth and contribute to bottom line profit for their department. You will conduct quarterly buy strategies, analyze trends, and partner across teams to drive results.

You will build seasonal frameworks, collaborate with Design, Planning, Sourcing, and Visual/Marketing to ensure right product placement and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in buying, planning and/or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate trends into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and selection of merchandise to optimize sales and profit for the department.
• Analyze weekly business performance and present results to leadership teams.
• Develop seasonal frameworks and ensure plans align with budget and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing to execute product strategy.
• Manage in-season performance, promo/markdown cadence, and inventory levels.
