KnitWell Group in New York seeks an Associate Manager, Trend & Concept to identify emerging fashion and consumer trends and translate insights into inspiring seasonal concepts aligned with the brand vision.

You will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Product Development to shape direction, develop color stories, prints, mood boards and seasonal storytelling materials for each season.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Merchandising, Trend Forecasting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in trend forecasting, concept development, or related creative role.
• Strong understanding of women's apparel and retail trends.

Aufgaben

• Identify emerging fashion, cultural, and consumer trends for the brand.
• Translate insights into seasonal concepts, color stories, prints, and styling concepts.
• Partner with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development to shape product direction.
• Develop trend narratives and present opportunities for seasons.
• Organize trend libraries and inspiration resources.
• Communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences across the company.
