Job summary

Mad Engine Global is seeking a Senior Accessories Designer to lead the creative design and product development for our Brands & Accessories division in the United States. You will drive seasonal design from concept through production, researching trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards.

You should have 6+ years in apparel or fashion accessories, a strong portfolio, and expert Illustrator & Photoshop skills to translate concepts into commercially viable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of apparel, fashion accessories or related product design experience
• Branded and/or licensed product experience strongly preferred
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Strong understanding of materials, trims & manufacturing processes
• Excellent trend awareness & commercial design sense
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design capabilities
• Experience with entertainment or lifestyle brands is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal product design from concept through production
• Research fashion, color, material & consumer trends
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings & artwork
• Review samples, trims, lab dips & embellishments
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing & Merchandising
• Partner with licensors & brand teams to maintain brand standards
