MAD Engine is seeking a Senior Accessories Designer in Burbank to lead the design and development of seasonal product lines across Brands & Accessories. You will collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Production to ensure designs meet aesthetic and cost objectives.

The role requires a strong background in fashion/accessory design, licensing experience, and expert Adobe tools proficiency, with mentoring responsibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field.
• 6+ years of apparel or accessory design experience, preferably branded/licensed.
• Expert-level proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong creative thinking balancing trend and commercial viability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience designing for licensed/entertainment brands preferred.
• Office environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Seasonal development and product review cycles require flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and development of seasonal product lines for Brands & Accessories.
• Research and interpret fashion, color, and material trends to inspire on-brand designs.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and direction for each season.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sourcing to align concept through production.
• Review samples, lab dips, trims, and embellishments to maintain brand standards.
• Mentor and support junior designers and design assistants within the team.
• Participate in internal product reviews, presentations, and line showings.
• Maintain organized files, digital assets, and sample records for workflows.
