Mancan Staffing is seeking a Senior Service Technician for our client in Ashland, Ohio. The role focuses on installation, service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of access control, video surveillance, automated gates, and related technology for commercial and industrial customers.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with access control and video surveillance, and is comfortable working in the field.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years hands-on experience with access control and video surveillance systems.
Experience with automated access gates, gate operators, intercoms, barriers and related equipment preferred.
Customer-facing role requiring strong troubleshooting, attention to detail and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial access control systems.
Troubleshoot door controllers, readers, credentials, request-to-exit devices, switches, power supplies, and related equipment.
Configure and troubleshoot network-connected access control systems and software platforms.
Diagnose communication issues between field devices, controllers, servers, and software.
