Job summary

Advanced Onion, Inc. seeks a Senior ACAS/Tenable Lead to design, implement and manage Tenable/Nessus solutions in DoD environments. You will administer Tenable apps on RHEL, requiring strong Linux admin and networking skills.

The role coordinates with admins, security engineers, and leaders to sustain and extend ACAS capabilities, while guiding a small team and delivering timely scan results. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Tenable applications on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Strong Linux OS and network troubleshooting skills.
• Leads DoD ACAS/Tenable initiatives in unclassified and classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, implementation, optimization and mgmt of ACAS/Tenable solutions.
• Coordinate with system admins and security engineers; manage the ACAS support team.
• Train junior staff and deliver accurate scan results on time.
• Develop scan policies, zones and dashboards; interpret findings and recommend remediation.
• Interface with government client to explain dependencies and risks; provide progress updates.
• Produce technical, functional, and team-lead reports; respond to incidents.
