Job summary

The Head Academy Athletic Trainer at Kraft Soccer in Foxborough, MA oversees day-to-day sports medicine services for the New England Revolution Academy, ensuring athlete care, medical coverage, injury management, and rehabilitation across Academy teams.

Collaborating with Sports Medicine leadership, team physicians, and Academy staff, you will supervise athletic training personnel and maintain clinical practices while ensuring HIPAA compliance and medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program meeting BOC and MA licensure requirements.
• 2–4 years of professional athletic training or sports medicine experience; soccer experience preferred.
• Experience in injury evaluation, emergency care, rehabilitation, and return-to-participation principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services for Academy athletes including injury prevention, evaluation, first aid and rehabilitation.
• Lead Academy Athletic Training staff and coordinate clinical service delivery.
• Oversee treatment scheduling, medical coverage and staff assignments for training sessions and matches.
