• Experience mentoring staff and coordinating treatment schedules and coverage.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with physicians and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services for academy athletes.
• Lead and oversee Athletic Training staff and scheduling.
• Determine medical coverage for training sessions, matches, and rehab.
• Communicate health status and rehab progress to coaches and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reporting.
