Job summary

Kraft Soccer Llc is seeking an Academy Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services to New England Revolution Academy athletes. You will ensure injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation and medical coverage for training sessions and matches.

The role requires BOC certification and MA licensure with 0–2 years of experience; EMR documentation and collaboration with medical staff are essential. Evening, weekend, and travel availability may be required.

Qualifications

• BOC certification and Massachusetts licensure required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional athletic training or sports medicine experience.
• Knowledge of injury evaluation, emergency care, rehabilitation, and return-to-participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services for Academy athletes.
• Maintain accurate athlete medical records and documentation.
• Provide assigned medical coverage for training sessions, strength and conditioning, and matches.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and treatment activities within care plans.
• Maintain medical supplies and clinical equipment to support operations.
• Collaborate with physicians, coaches and staff to communicate health and participation status.
