Job description

Senior Academic Scheduling Coordinator

The Senior Academic Scheduling Coordinator is largely responsible for the coordination and maintenance of data for the course schedule. This position will establish a collaborative scheduling environment between the scheduling office and the academic departments and provide assistance with the registration functions of the office.

Typical hiring range for this position is $46,000 to $49,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • One to three years of experience at an institution of higher education
  • Detailed oriented with extreme accuracy of data
  • Dynamic person with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with providing training
  • Highly motivated to produce a Schedule of Classes in line with the goals of the University
  • Experience with automated student information system
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of FERPA regulations
Preferred
  • Experience with Infosilem and/or 25Live scheduling software
  • Experience with Schedule of Classes functions within PeopleSoft
